​An end-user and behind the scenes look at how the Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada SharePoint public web site and members Extranet functions.

Envision IT developed a cutting-edge public portal solution for Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada, using Microsoft SharePoint 2010 to build a flexible, customized and fully integrated web platform, with the additional security of an extranet.

​The addition of the Envision IT Custom 404 feature allows BGCC to easily redirect old or incorrect URL's on  their new public website site to a variety of target pages.

The new BGCC website uses the Envision IT Image Rotator on both the public home page and Members home page. This valuable tool provides high impact and allows the site to be refreshed with minimal effort.

​BGCC needed an effective way of sharing their growing repository of photos which could be used on the site and by clubs in various marketing efforts. The Envision IT Photo Viewer provides a rich end-user experience for viewing photos, and is simple for Content Contributors and Authors to manage.

Envision IT has built a MOSS solution to host each of the retail public web sites (approximately 26 shopping mall properties such as the Toronto Eaton Centre) using a single custom site template that is personalized for each site through the use of Cascading Style Sheets.

inTIREnet, Canadian Tire’s Intranet solution consisting of over 15,000 unique sites, pages, documents, and images, is accessed by 4,500+ employees, and 40 publishers. Originally built on legacy Lotus Notes technology, the system was migrated to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007.

Envision IT developed a SharePoint Collaboration Portal for Canadian Tire that has become the primary channel of communication between Home Office and the Canadian Tire Retail stores.

The Capacity Building Initiative engaged Envision IT to provide their team with a forum to share information with each other as well as external stakeholders, agencies and generally interested parties.

Envision IT created a public website for CAMH’s Problem Gambling Project that fosters a real community of staff, researchers, clients, and their supporters working together and sharing for the common good.

Citigroup Fund Services Canada, Inc. (CFSC) needed a new solution for an extranet client site that was previously hosted by a third party and no longer available. Envision IT created a new site using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server that provided all the information and functionality needed to access both public information and secure private client account and project data.

​Envision IT developed a new public web site for the College of Early Childhood Educators using a SharePoint 2010 publishing portal template. The new bilingual site has a bright, fresh look with clean lines and simple navigation that enhance the user experience.

​As a result of implementing StreetPerfect.NET, College Pro was able to improve operational efficiency and productivity since customer service representatives no longer had to spend time fixing inaccurate customer records.

Envision IT worked with Constellation to create a SharePoint portal that allows Constellation’s customers and employees to securely login, using a customized version of Envision IT’s Extranet User Manager.

​Envision IT created a more user-friendly external website for Grontmij, with an automated registration process and user management that exposes additional products and services to prospective clients.

Envision IT created a new Intranet for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario built on MOSS. The new site, Tickr, is a true collaboration portal that allows information sharing among employees across all area offices. 

Envision IT designed and built a new corporate MOSS 2007 Intranet for PSTG Consulting using standard out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality.

As part of the Microsoft 2010 Rapid Deployment Program, ​Envision IT created a new SharePoint 2010 public web site for Samuel that reflects the image and personality of the organization.

The redesign of the Samuel home page and the use of the Image Rotator were integral components in helping to create an attractive, engaging public website for Samuel.

​In order to present a historical timeline of the company using a more creative, engaging approach, the Samuel website  employs the Envision IT Photo Viewer to display a history of the company in photographs.

As part of the Retail Web Site Project that Envision IT delivered for Cadillac Fairview, Shops At Don Mills (SADM) web site was redeveloped and launched  to coincide with the grand opening of the Centre.

​For its new website, Envision IT deployed the Photo Viewer for SharePoint, which allows Shops at Don Mills to display collections of photographs from various events in a gallery format, providing a rich end-user experience.

In 2007, the Canadian Government announced the Wait Time Guarantee pilot project for children in need of surgery.  Under a stringent timeline, Envision IT deployed Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 as a portal for the project. This provided the ability for the staff at all 16 member hospitals to collaborate together and exchange documents and information.

​When Envision IT was redeveloping the public  website for Tarion Warranty Corporation,  one major concern was avoiding 404 errors for site visitors. The addition of the Envision IT Custom 404 feature has totally eradicated this.

​Following on the success of the Cadillac Fairview Retail Websites Project, Envision IT created a public website template for eight Cadillac Fairview office properties across the country, starting with the prestigious Toronto-Dominion Centre.
