Peter Carson – President
As the founder and President of Envision IT, Peter brings over 20 years of technology consulting, certified engineering skills, database design, and application development – combined with strong communication, analytical planning and business skills. This has allowed our clients to see more – transitioning internal facing Information Management systems to powerful customer facing, web enabled Enterprise solutions.
Peter possesses unparalleled technical skills. He is proficient in the industry’s most widely used operating systems and databases, development tools and 3rd party applications. His excellent understanding of business needs of both small and large organizations in the financial, distribution, service, franchisee, and public-sector markets have proven invaluable to our clients.
Within the Microsoft Community, Peter is known as a partner-evangelist for leading-edge Microsoft Technology, often taking on a role in creating demo materials and training for new Microsoft products and technology. Well recognized as a leader in the SharePoint community, Peter speaks regularly at SharePoint user group meetings, conferences, Microsoft events such as Tech Days, and local universities. In recognition of this, Microsoft has awarded Peter the Microsoft SharePoint MVP designation. He is also one of two Virtual Technical Specialists for SharePoint with Microsoft Canada, providing expertise at Microsoft/Client meetings. He is Vice President of the Toronto SharePoint Users Group, and Past President of the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP) Canada. Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science – Computer Engineering (Dean’s Honour List) from the University of Waterloo.

Peter Mackenzie – VP, Sales & Marketing
With over 15 years experience in Sales and Sales Management, Peter Mackenzie possesses a strong passion for outstanding customer service. Peter also has an extensive background in leading business units to deliver growth and expand market share in a competitive environment.
Peter’s current role allows him to concentrate on evolving business processes and provide insight that will enable Envision IT to thrive in the business of providing our customers with Microsoft technologies and outstanding services.
Peter oversees the success of all Envision IT's projects and acts as the escalation point for any concerns.
Peter is a board member (Secretary) of the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP) Canada. Peter holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph.
Joe Seguin – Director, Consulting Services
Joe Seguin has had a successful career in IT for over 14 years. He has managed and executed IT projects including implementations of internet sites, corporate portals and intranets, extranets, training initiatives, and application upgrades. Joe has designed and delivered custom training programs, soft skills training and train-the-trainer programs across Canada.
At Envision IT, Joe has continued to expand on his project management skills as a Senior Consultant and is now the Director, Consulting Services. Joe leads a team of Senior Consultants who manage and deploy solutions using Microsoft SharePoint. His knowledge includes the application of various Microsoft Information Worker technologies, such as Business Intelligence, Communication and Collaboration, and Enterprise Content Management.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor, and in 2010 he completed his certification to become a Project Management Professional (PMP). Joe is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and is a certified trainer in adult education.
