Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada (BGCC) is a leading provider of quality programs to children and youth that support healthy physical, educational and social development. As part of their marketing strategy, BGCC wanted to revitalize their public website and members-only extranet. Envision IT is excited to announce the launch of the newly redesigned Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada (BGCC) Website with Members Portal. BGCC expects that the new website will encourage partners and donors to get involved and to inspire young people to volunteer and make a difference in their community and in the lives of young people. The new bilingual site, at www.bgccan.com, was developed as a SharePoint 2010 publishing and collaboration site. Envision IT designed various custom web parts with online forms for donations, newsletters and alumni signup that are fully integrated with the organization’s CRM database and third-party billing system. The addition of the Envision It Extranet User Manager extends SharePoint functionality by providing BGCC with the necessary tools to create accounts for members, staff and volunteers.
